I am a 2x entrepreneur joining founders at seed stage. This included leading sales organizations from infancy to $10M+ in annual sales. I have significant experience as an individual contributor testing processes and building and leading a 300+ person sales and account management team.
Areas of expertise in B2B include outsides sales to SMB and inside sales to mid-market and enterprise clients for media and SaaS. Specialties include outbound lead generation, sales process and material creation, and management of sales and account management teams.
I also have experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing - specifically around ecommerce, lead generation, and SaaS products.
My goals have always been no creating effective, efficient outbound sales processes that are repeatable and scalable to allow the leadership team to focus on strategic long-term goals around growth.
