What is the most cost effective way to acquire first 100 customers?

Hi! I'd take a look at the existing marketplace data / the business you have currently been able to book successfully and see what has been working. Example, are plumbers / handy type home projects most frequently booked, vs admin tasks, or deliveries? Then find businesses and local contractors in those areas, in your target markets and see if you can get them onto the marketplace. Referrals will be a major part of the success of this platform. I'd like to understand what your marketplaces advantages are, price, platform, ease of use, quality / trust to better understand your potential lanes of growth. Give me a call, lets chat!

Ways to reach out to potential customers to validate business idea

Hi! My approach would be different depending on the specific type of business and service / product offered. B2B vs DTC etc... speaking with customers or potential customers and gaining a strong understanding for the pain points is part of this process. Understanding how big these challenges are and the cost benefit, how much they are willing to pay, and the quality of the product you can deliver is another. How do I sell my idea? I don't want to produce it, I just want to sell it

I'd love to understand more about the product and the intended customer or the solution it solves.
