Do you have any automation set up for chasing interview feedback, or does someone still have to follow up manually?

If you don't want to use any paid software for now and want to start leen, then a combination of AI tools and google forms and microsoft Excel with a connected email service does the job well. I am just giving the outline as writing the complete setup process and giving a feel would become a blog in itself. I will be happy to help you with this in case you need since this is a pain point I had navigated by experiencing it the bad way.

What happens when every team has its own AI assistant? Different memories, decisions, realities. How do we keep AI organizations aligned? 🤔

It is actually very simple than it sounds. AI saves time and increases efficiency with less efforts but judgement is what humands do. I would suggest complete use of AI as the work horse but humans decide where to go how to go and ride on that horse. predictive things must and should be automated through AI, things with high probahbility and once the judgement is clear should also be done using AI and monitor the results. But the what and particularly the "why" part should be in human hands. Remember human in the loop is not failure of AI but one step towards making it more accurate.

If I am starting a tech startup today with limited resources but big ambitions, what should I focus on first and why

Hi. As a fellow co founder of 2 tech startups and helping 3 other startups to get up and running, I can tell you a few things generically and a few more once I know your specifics. First things first, my advice and recommendations are not just based on the success I got with my 2 startups and another one which is now extremely successful where I assisted, but also 2 failures because time and relevance is more important. ARe you planning to get investment,if yes then just dont go out of excitement to who ever becomes ready to fund you. I am sure you will create a nice narrative and I do wish that you do get funders attracted. But just like they evaluate you, the same should be the other way round. It's not just about the money you get but the investor must bring relevant expertise to the table. Secondly, evaluate your vision, I mean not just what product or what service you want to give but 2 most important things, are you in the right market at the right geography and with correct demographics? Secondly and more important, since you are starting leen and small, is the Time To Market analysed correctly? YOu may have to develop your product, build the portfolio and do other stuffy, if you don't have enough resources, there is a risk that you will develop a POC and start adevertising to gain early traction, perhaps even go as far as MVP. B ut if you really have an inovative idea, someone with mor resources can have a shorter time to market than you have. There are ways to mitigatge this which is another topic on it's own and I have developed over the years an expertise on that particular aspect. And lastly, I would highly advise to put what ever little money you have on 2 resources to begin with, first a domain expert who can manage the MVP feature set for you and tell you exactly why and what to have first. The other one is a person or 2 at the most who can handle the execution part and most important the DevOps part. Remember it is always better to prepare for the best in terms of your IT infrastructure. I say this before I have often seen startups faling or delaying growth because they had excelent concept and could not take the load of positive response that came through and earned a bad reputation. If you tell me what is the specific domain and what you are trying to do (without giving out trade secrets of course ). I may be able to help you even better.

How should I communicate a broad, senior-level advisory background on Clarity without sounding too general?

I m exactly in the same situation but over my 23 years career I have done this off the platform and helped through several other forums. The core is that to make some fairly generic assumtions and then ask for a little more specifics. Be conversational and build the discussion by understanding the case. I guess by the second or third response you will have the correct specifics of the case and that is a right time to have a call.

Who should I consult with to scrutinize my unique web and mobile business (model) method?

Ideal person is one who as a similar experience and is a multi domain expert. But then it is difficult to find one. I have previously assisted in a similar situation but if you could be slightly specific, I may give you the exact idea. I am assuming here that you have already applied for a patent and now you want to capitalise on what ever strategy you are planning. Also I asume the required IT infra is either ready or in the process of being ready, here I would suggest to speak with a person who has previously helped in building IT infra including the application around a patent idea to see if on the technical side there are rough edges which might come in the way of the patent itself, I say this out of experience that such issues do happen and of course there are resolutions to those issues as well. If you can provide limited but more specific information I will be happy to help.

How do you currently manage candidate follow-ups??

Having successfully founded 2 startups over last 12 years and being a technology strategy head for another company I had to handle recruitment for several domains and at the same time. While there are several tools in the market, I use a custom combination of AI apps in a sequence along with google forms and structured spreadsheets. You won't believe how easy, fast and comfortable it gets when you add copilot and a couple more AI tools and set of correct scheduled instructions. This is a combination which is also low on budget but extremely effective and I would be happy to share with you. This helps end to end right from selection, evaluation, followups, pre and post onboarding or handling in the middle refusals from candidates. How is AI impacting structural engineering and building code compliance?

I have worked enough in Proptech wold and more so in AI related aspects. I can summarise the thing in just one sentence. AI has taken the efficiency, accuracy and creativity to a next level and saves time at an unimaginable scale, but it won't do the right thing if the context, past experience trying to resolve the issues and correct conditions are not provided. The judgement can also be helped by AI but again context and conditions must be provided without assuming that it may know. I would be happy to help further.
