Julie is a dream client -- I worked closely with her to publicize an avalanche of new products in the late 90s - '00 as American Express' Corporate Services business went through the digital revolution of its business model. She is simultaneously the most fun and serious marketing person I've ever worked with.

It was a dizzying time, with the competitive landscape changing daily, and yet Julie and her team stayed on top of the changing technology, translating technical gibberish into client benefits and adapting the business value proposition to ensure it covered what our client base really wanted us to do.
