Julie is forward thinking, understands conversation, gets people, knows how to use modern marketing and social media tools and she really knows how to engage.
She's also warm and funny and real.
All winning combinations and I always enjoy working with Julie.
Source: LinkedIn Carrie Ferguson Weir Oct 22, 2012Julie is a dream client -- I worked closely with her to publicize an avalanche of new products in the late 90s - '00 as American Express' Corporate Services business went through the digital revolution of its business model. She is simultaneously the most fun and serious marketing person I've ever worked with.
It was a dizzying time, with the competitive landscape changing daily, and yet Julie and her team stayed on top of the changing technology, translating technical gibberish into client benefits and adapting the business value proposition to ensure it covered what our client base really wanted us to do. Julie helped keep our marketing & PR content grounded in the customer's viewpoint -- not hype -- and was instrumental in maintaining the company's leadership in the marketplace at a time when the competition was trying to paint us as a dinosaur.
Plus, Julie kept her aplomb under extreme pressure, and knew how to maintain work-life balance, making it fun for the rest of us with her sense of humor and her natural people skills. And she's lots of fun to work with too.

She was always on top of things, with her own blog and with the other bloggers she worked with to write for us. She was a great liaison, always responsive to email, and she was easy and fun to work with. (She's also very sweet and wonderful in person, as I found out at BlogWorld '10!).
I will definitely work with Julie again, and recommend her and GigCoin to others.

Source: LinkedIn Maria Brindlmayer Oct 22, 2012Julie is a brilliant marketing and business strategist. She always champions the consumer perspective in building new products and services. As an early adopter, she has in-depth understanding of new technologies and its impact in achieving business goals. She is full of ideas and energy to execute them. I have worked with her since 2007, I strongly recommend her.
Source: LinkedIn Barg Upender Oct 22, 2012Julie did some great work for us, rolling out a comprehenisve customer satisfaction feedback program, which was instrumental to better understanding how are product was being used by customers and the areas which we need to improve. I would gladly recommend her for a variety of projects.
