He is currently operating a $10+mil/yr brewpub in Southern California and has been instrumental in the expansion of an existing 25k sft venue as well as a new 10k sft opening planned for summer 2019. Jon has been the lead on 7 restaurant openings, including ground-up build outs, menu creation, kitchen design and management placement.
