In my current role, I am the primary decision-maker with responsibility for evaluating all solutions related to the management of our medical, pharmacy, and ancillary benefit plans. We are a self-funded medical plan with over $60mm in annual benefits spend. We have approximately 4500 team members and over 8000 lives on the plan. I have experience with TPA's, PBM's, Ben Admin platforms, analytics platforms, disease management, pay transparency, claims audits, telehealth, Section 125 Plans, SuccessFactors, compensation platforms, quality tools, M&A, Defined Contribution plans, and Defined Benefit plans, among other areas.
