Because I am so meticulous, I keep strict track of my finances (at home and in the business). Having started my business and run it for seven years before selling it at a large profit, I learned how to keep track well, and keep an eye at what's coming down the pipeline.
Those that know me often make jokes about my over-analysis of everything. It's in my nature to view things from every angle before getting involved. This has saved me a lot of money and a lot of pain! I've become a master at it over the decades, in my business and personal life.
For over a decade, I have pored over business ideas with my colleagues and friends, honing my skill at coming up with new ideas for products, marketing, and fulfilling customers' needs. Exploring business ideas is one of the most enjoyable things for me, which is why I've spent so much time doing it and getting good at it.

Being over-analytical doesn't stop at my business. Since I was very young, I have analyzed people's relationships, motives, and needs. This puts me in a place to understand what motivates various employees, and to improve failing morale in your workforce.
While business excites me, giving money away is what I live to do. Working as an intern at the Foundation for Christian Stewardship, I learned a lot about how to vet organizations that will receive your donation. Combining strategic analysis with your giving goals will cause your charitable donations to be used much more effectively.
