Since 1999, I have been working continuously at a full-time pace in the IT sector for banks, software houses, and software consulting companies. As a certified Business Systems Analyst by the National Computing Centre (NCC) UK and a Fujitsu Certified Systems Analyst, with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, I bring expertise in IT governance, aligning IT strategy with business goals, reducing IT service costs, and solving complex linear programming problems to optimize business performance. I can effectively communicate in English, German, and Arabic, ensuring smooth collaboration.
I have led the full life cycle of creating custom business software including development, analysis, design, architecture, development, operation, and maintenance for several key projects. Notable examples include the Applicant Tracking System for Cairo Trading Center in Egypt, the Online Payment System for Ministries, and the Banking Signature Verification System for MID Bank in Egypt. Additionally, I developed the Money Laundering Control System for MID Bank, the Government Bidding and Tender Management System for state of Kuwait, and the Spring Camping License System for state of Kuwait I have also created E-commerce Systems for various companies and the Evaluation Matrix System for the Government Sector .
