Was in Applied Mathematics (Operations Research) and I advanced my statistical analysis experience and expertise during my MBA and now that I'm working on completing my PhD in Quality Systems. Lots of hands on experience about how to use data to make sense of the operations and identify and implement data driven improvements and operational excellence. Used varieties tools and packages including: SPSS, Mintab, SAS JMP, Savvion, R, etc.

Learned by experience do's and dosnt's during my tenure as founder and CFO for a start up in HealthCare (Level 4 RCFE) . I practiced lean and six sigma concepts in manufacturing and service industries and know many tools and techniques from Kanban through Takt time and Cp and Cpk and how to implement these ideas in a small setting
