My B.Sc. Was in Applied Mathematics (Operations Research) and I advanced my statistical analysis experience and expertise during my MBA and now that I'm working on completing my PhD in Quality Systems. Lots of hands on experience about how to use data to make sense of the operations and identify and implement data driven improvements and operational excellence. Used varieties tools and packages including: SPSS, Mintab, SAS JMP, Savvion, R, etc.
