My experience as cofounder & CEO of 18 companies with international coverage and shareholder in many more has given me the privilege of living through many challenges. Managing growth issues, turnaround situations, international development issues, M&A issues, financing issues, partnership issues with in addition investors & family as shareholders have taught me a lot. But the true chance is the number of businesses I have managed from the start to the end, some sold, some dead, some merged, and most of them still growing today. that has helped me understand were luck plays its part, when and how to fight, when to leave it there... And most of all, how to make sure the founders get their fair share of money out of it. Nobody actually cares about the founders. I do.

Scaling B2b Digital SaaS Ventures

I grew more than 18 companies in the b2b digital field, with success rate of 80% and revenues of $25Millions+. I used a lot of business tools, ranging from organic growth, marketing strategy, merger & acquisitions, partnerships, international development (US, CAN, UK, France, Spain, Poland)... And did a lot of mistakes on the way to success! But most of all, what I've realized is that nobody is really taking care of the owner of the business as a person, focusing on his/her personal interest in the game.

French & European Expansion

As a French entrepreneur, I have helped foreign companies expand in France & Europe. I believe expansion in France is a risky & complicated task for a non-French company, especially in the early stage of its development. We can take the risk to do it on our own equity. Let's talk about it!

Is it possible to pre-sell and enterprise grade saas product without building it? Ie with design only?

Hello, I've started and invested in numerous B2B SaaS companies and YES, you should definitely try to sell first.

You must become the expert of your customer's problem (and the economical value of solving it) not of a product.

Most of the time, entrepreneurs tell me that it's a crazy strategy because 'what will happen if I sign??'. Very easy, you will rush to build the perfect product for your client! Clear roadmap, clear vision, no money lost. And you know what? If it takes too long, just say sorry to your client. He'll be upset, but it's better than upsetting your investor ... Or worse, your wife or husband because you've just lost the hard earned money of the family ;)
