I have worked in the restaurant and catering Industry my entire life. Having grown up in the family restaurant business and working as a chef in different establishments around the uk I then took the leap into my own venture 10 years ago in the form of a my own restaurant and takeaway service. I have over 20 years experience within the industry and can safely say catering is in my dna. I worked as a chef for other companies as well as my own , have a varied knowledge of the industry , customer service and day to day running of restaurants. Over the course of my career iv had to navigate changes to the industry, unexpected variables such as the impact of COVID , building online presence and modernising our company in order to stay profitable in an ever changing environment
