Having worked with Angus at Air Menzies International. I found Angus to be a very pro-active and innovative Manager. Striving to complete all projects assigned to deadlines set.

No matter how busy Angus was he always made time for people within the organisation. He was also pro-active in mentoring junior members of his team always encouraging personal development which resulted in increased motivation, loyalty and employee engagement within the Global IT team.

Angus was a fearlessly innovative, energetic, inspirational leader who drew from a reservoir of technical knowledge of unusual depth and breadth.
He demands the best from his team, but doesn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and assist, whether directly or in a mentoring capacity.
His ability to look at situations from both a left & right brained perspective is particularly noteworthy.

Angus was an inspiration and sheer joy to work for, because you couldn’t meet another guy that had such a large detailed knowledge of IT, and it was nice to see that he's putting it to good use. His personal use of such a wide range of products meant he could easily make the right decisions, and he was not afraid of making changes. (I personally enjoyed the odd meetings with external specialist IT people who come to visit, as Angus would always showed a greater knowledge of their own subject.)
