I had the pleasure of working with Henrik at a time where focus on big data and big analytics was really taking off and Henrik was a front runner in this area. I was impressed by Henrik’s ability to make “big data” comprehendible in business terms and his visionary thoughts on the opportunities that would arise. Henrik is also a master at presenting and capturing his audience – not always an easy task when the subject is data management. Henrik has a very sharp mind and is extremely quick at getting to the core of any challenge. At the same time he makes people around him fell at ease as he is very trustworthy and easy going.

Det er min overbevisning, at enhver der får chancen for at arbejde for eller med ham, vil opleve, at der er sider af arbejdslivet og dem selv de ikke vidste fandtes. Og her mener jeg i høj grad en positiv personlig udvikling, opbygning af stærke menneskelige egenskaber, muligheden for at blive lyttet til for alvor.
