Many startups/product owners do not understand how their product is being used & who is using it.
I figure out how & why people use your product. I find & track the metrics that are relevant & tie them to revenue based metrics such as CAC, Churn, MRR Growth & ensure marketing & product/feature development is tweaked accordingly to the story the data tells.
