I started my career in technical recruiting before transitioning to people operations, so I think about the employee lifecycle as the moment that people first interact with a company to when they become company alumni. I am passionate about helping companies design, develop, and implement people-focused strategies to execute their business objectives and practice their values. I want to shift the focus of people operations from employee experience to employee success by coming up with innovative ways for everyone to reach peak productivity & happiness in a safe & inclusive work environment. Walk you through how to address career changes, resume gaps, and "job hopping."
Provide techniques to help you negotiate job offers and/or severance packages.
Work with you to figure out the best ways to resolve conflict and issues at work.
Be available for follow-ups after the initial consultation.
