10 years ago, I began working as a Front Desk agent at a Hampton by Hilton. Little did I know that what was once a just to get by college job, would become my career. I had the pleasure of managing top branded properties from the Hilton, IHG, and Wyndham collections. From increasing service scores to becoming a revenue manager, I have been successful in every challenge that I have been confronted with. The hospitality industry has provided me with great skill and understanding of Customer Service, Revenue Management, Accounting, Budgeting, Team Development, Leadership Development, Project Management and more. This industry however, requires a lot of energy and passion. Hotel management requires two elements in order to have success; 1) Passion in order for growth to occur at a personal, team, and operational level and 2) Mentor to learn. This industry has taught me that I love to help others and help them grow. Helping others by providing advise, guidance, and support is the one skill that I truly love.
