15 minutes talking to Tristan not only helped me clarify the next steps I need to take, but a process for figuring out which of the multitude of directions to go in.

He left behind him the well organized company with the very improved Mangement team and staffs.

Just in a short time, Tristan has done the amazing jobs. It is lucky for me to have the good opportunity to work closely with Tristan and very regret that can not having him here with us forever.

Beside the company daily jobs, he is very patient to help us improve the language skills like communication, presentation ... teach us the basic knowledge of cultures, finance, project plan . . .. Attending his professional training courses or English training courses, I am so surprised for such a talent person, he can also be a professional teacher with the practical lectures that can be applied in our daily working and living.

My job concerns to much on the finance. At this point, he has the super knowledge and practice on how it works. He can be able to set up the templates for the non-financial Managers or Leaders to control jobs effectively. Can say in this aspect, he is the very detailed person, his templates and process are simple and easy to understand, can be understood by the non-financial persons.

In the office administration and Human resources management, Tristan has many valuable contributions and suggestions to make the working environment better and friendly within the colleagues. He helps to set up the process, write the policies which can bring the good benefits to employees and reconcile with the company budget.

As the General Manager and Chairman of SECUDE International LLC (Vietnam), Tristan has the overall view of the company activity, the clearly business strategy. The important thing is he made it works. He leads our team to the clear goals ahead.

I worked with Tristan while he was leading the Business Management of the Data Protection Unit and while he was also leading the office in Vietnam. Tristan is a highly effective manager who, although not having any technical degree, quickly grasped the technical details of complex issues like PKI and software development in general.
