Mark Trammell Design research—Twitter, Digg, Obama for America

Mark Trammell designs things and studies how people use them—most recently for Sonos, President Obama's re-election campaign, and as senior design researcher at Twitter. His work also includes tenures with Digg, PayPal, the Web Standards Project, the University of Florida, and the United States Navy. He has also co-authored two books on Web standards. Trammell also serves as Designer-in-Residence for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and has done pro bono work for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, MusiCares, and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.
