Having worked in the realm of information for 12 years, first as a back end programmer, then as a information architect, I have always worked to bring meaning and flow to that which is complex. If you have a tricky problem, I'm sure to help you solve it using my information architecture and systems thinking expertise which involves us working together to properly define the problem, then working together to fit the solution to your business, product, and user needs. The great thing about my process is that it can apply to digital products & services, physical services or understanding and improving processes overall.

I'd love to help anyone think more clearly about the problem they are having and/or help them to get to the best solution.

For the past 5 years I have taken my freelance Information Architecture business and grown it into an established consulting business based in NYC. Elisabeth and I worked together on sister projects. Elisabeth's project was focused primarily on our web site, and mine was focused on the phone channel. Elisabeth could have easily focused on just her project's needs, but she didn't. She took the time to understand the phone channel and how her design would impact the customer service representative's job. Another thing I appreciated was her ability to explain things. I knew very little about best practices for public web site design, but Elisabeth took the time to educate me, which helped me to make better decisions. In addition to knowing how to do her job, Elisabeth is professional and a team player. She has the ability to work well with those some may consider to be demanding or difficult to work with.
