Lis is whip smart and full of spirit and energy for all of her projects. She asks tough questions and has a keen understanding of user experience and best practices. She does excellent work and flawlessly executes both the broad strategy and the details of the documentation. I would work with her again in a flash.

I worked with Lis over a period of several months on three projects, and she made a significant contribution to all of them. As an IA / Interaction Designer, she assessed and clarified requirements, created wireframes, and presented deliverables to clients. In this work, her independence, speed, intelligence, and communication skills kept projects and client relations on track. Moreover I found working with Lis to be inspiring, on account of her enthusiasm for the UX field. She's a true asset, and I hope that we'll have another collaboration opportunity soon.

I was provided the opportunity to work with Lis on two of the largest projects of my career. This showed me that Lis has a great amount of flexibility, intellect, and foresight that allows her to work with high amounts of ambiguity, while still preserving the vision of the project and beyond. Her ability to handle high amounts of change, while keeping her calm and professional demeanor proved to me that she is someone that I would definitely recommend for any position and would work with at any time!

Elisabeth and I worked together on sister projects. Elisabeth's project was focused primarily on our web site, and mine was focused on the phone channel. Elisabeth could have easily focused on just her project's needs, but she didn't. She took the time to understand the phone channel and how her design would impact the customer service representative's job. Another thing I appreciated was her ability to explain things. I knew very little about best practices for public web site design, but Elisabeth took the time to educate me, which helped me to make better decisions. In addition to knowing how to do her job, Elisabeth is professional and a team player. She has the ability to work well with those some may consider to be demanding or difficult to work with.

Lis added so much to our User Experience process during her engagement with the company. Elisabeth is a dedicated, professional individual. She is highly intelligent and committed to producing quality work. She is energetic and enthusiastic. She facilitates work between different groups, such as developers, QA and her group. She is able to successfully work on strategic concepts but it also detailed oriented.

Lis always impressed me with her drive and ability succeed against tremendous odds. I originally employed Lis Hubert through the IT Internship Program in the summer of 2003; she is an amazing young, developing talent. She possess outstanding technical skills, which are only matched by her drive to succeed. Since graduating and becoming a fulltime employee she has been quickly promoted and continues to be a top talent.
