I analyze, test, install, debug, modify, upgrade, operate, support and maintain hardware/software for all users across Canada in an Active Directory domain windows environment. In addition to that, I also support print servers and network attached printers, file servers and file shares, network attached storage devices, support remote users with their personal computing devices (HP, Lenovo, Dell, Acer, Asus), mobile devices (Blackberry, iOS, Android), troubleshoot Windows 7/8/10 OS, fix corrupted registry keys, support Internet Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari), support Microsoft Office 365 Exchange email server, support users in a thin-client – Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment, VOIP Cisco IP phones, interact with third party vendors when needed, perform asset tracking, and ensure all end user software and hardware issues are resolved promptly.
