Jeff is one of the sharpest IT people I have ever worked with.
His ability to grasp new concepts amazed me at the time... and he has continued the trend.
When Jeff started, he was a "green" technician, lots of raw talent, but not a lot of experience. In just a few months, Jeff went from a "green" tech to someone who was absolutely one of the most well versed technicians I've ever worked with. In only a matter of months Jeff made the leap that takes most new technicians years. That is no exageration.
I have never worked with someone who achieved such an expert level so quickly.
To this day, Jeff is one of the best developers and Windows Server support people I have ever met. (This includes those employed by Microsoft and Dell).
While I'm sure they exist, I've not met anyone that I would compare at Jeff's level when it comes to Windows Server expertise. Jeff is certainly no longer a "green" technician.
Jeff's development skills are a very rare combination of understanding and skill. A unique factor about Jeff is that he can take a project with basic direction and provide the correct end result. This is not easy to come by in the developer world.
I am not a full time self-employed ASP.net Web Developer and I have not come across another person with the breadth of skill that Jeff has.
I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone needing either in depth Windows Server consulting or anyone needing a complex development project completed.
I have gone from a co-worker, to a fan, to someone who hires Jeff myself for the occasional project.
Jeff has earned my respect as not only a co-worker, but a person. He has very high character and morals, and is friendly.
I really can't say enough good things about Jeff, my final comment is like the commercial says (or at least used to say), "try it, you'll like it".
