Ms. Sandra Lam is currently the VP in Innovation, in Citibank Singapore from September 2017 onwards. In her role, she oversees product innovation, product management and fintech partnerships for Citibank in Asia Pacific. She has in-depth experience in applying design thinking, lean startup and launching intra-preneurship program. She focuses on making innovation mainstream in organisation. Sandra has domain knowledge on payment and collection, trade finance and also corporate lending. Prior to joining Citi, she was the VP, SME Technology Partnerships in DBS Bank from December 2015 to August 2017, where she was heading the SME Digital-led Partnerships Team. In her role, she is in charge of sourcing technology partners to enhance bank''s franchise or to benefit SME clientele. Potential partners include Fintechs, crowdfunding platforms, digital FI tools and SME productivity tools. Before that, she was also the VP, Sr. Relationship Manager for DBS Bank, Hong Kong from September 2014 to November 2015, where she was handling relationships and accounts with turnover HK$1bn or above.
