JSJeff Solomon5x founder, Velocify (sold for $128M), Amplify.la • Greater Los Angeles AreaWhy take a call with me? I have deep experience in a lot of areas -- if I don't know, I'll tell you and won't waste your time, if I do know, I'll give it to you straight and quick. I speak firm and clear so you understand and I listen to what you have to say. I love talking to entrepreneurs, first because I genuinely enjoy helping people if I can; second, because I get compensated for my effort. With 650+ calls on Clarity and 1000+ mentorship calls in the past 10 years, I will get to the point and share experience and feedback that is actionable. It's pretty much just like that. ----- Check out my new online course on Customer Development and Finding Product-Market Fit - https://bit.ly/custdevcourse and explore my personal website at https://bak.me. ----- My reviews are my bio and many will tell you that I'm good at helping other entrepreneurs think through problems and work out solutions. Specifically, as it relates to my expertise: I have deep expertise in Saas, Marketing, Outsourced Development, Web3, Crypto, Startup Accelerators, Lead Generation, UX, Angel & Seed Funding, B2B Software, Enterprise Sales, ASO, Mobile Apps, Mobile Advertising, and Bootstrapping. I co-founded Amplify, Startup Accelerator (3 funds, $15MM raised), and Velocify (formerly Leads360) sold for $128MM. Raised $35MM+ in venture capital. And I've had a startup fail miserably. I've angel invested in a dozen companies. I've seen over 3000 startups apply to Amplify and have been pitched by hundreds of entrepreneurs. And have raised more than $50MM in aggregate seed and Angel funding for our portfolio companies. I live and breathe startups and have a lot of experience helping and advising them. Talk to me about accelerators, incubators, and raising seed capital. I've started 4 companies (1 failed, 2 sold, 1 killing it, 1 active in it). I angel invest personally and have raised venture capital, built a SaaS company from 0 to 100 employees and I'm also a father of 12-year-old twins -- so I've got some parenting skills to boot. Currently, I'm doing a ton of AI CODING, MICRO SAAS, CONTENT MARKETING, WEB3, FUNDRAISING, and SEO work, so if you want to talk about that, I'm fresh on knowledge there.angel investing • Growth Hacking • Entrepreneurship • Venture Capital • Accelerators • Content Marketing • Raising Money • SaaS • Lead Generation • SaaS - Enterprise & SMB B2B •$5/min per minute4.9 671 305

MTMike TownsendIdea Machine. Raised $24M for 3 startups, sold 2 • Portland, ORRaised $24M for 4 companies, sold 3 of them, and have coached dozens of founders through business strategy and raise fundraising. If you want to raise a Seed or Series A round of capital for your startup, I have developed a program that WORKS if you put in the work, regardless your background or where you live. Investors have a huge advantage over Entrepreneurs because they see 300 deals per month, they have the network and they know how to play the game. So many great founders never raise money because they fail at fundraising. I'll walk you through key fundraising steps: - Refining your pitch and vision - Developing the pipeline of investors - Gathering introductions - Timing of the intros - Answering typical investor questions - How to close the deal quickly If you have a company that's growing and you want to raise money, reach out, let's see if we're a fit. What will the call be like? I will read anything you send me before the call to prepare. I'll take the conversation wherever you want, and I find it works best if you come with a list of questions and clearly tell me your goals. I'll listen first and answer very succinctly. I try to give give you the most possible value in the shortest time. I like taking calls on Clarity first because I genuinely enjoy helping people if I can. Second, because I get compensated for my effort. Background Bio Mike has over 10 years of experience building disruptive technology companies. MGMarty GreenbergPrev. Founder/CEO, Raised $7M in VC, $20M in SalesStarting and running a company can be extremely stressful and difficult. One of the hardest parts is running into roadblocks and not knowing how to remove them. I ran into many operating my own companies. I've personally built companies as the CEO and founder that have done over $20M in revenue and have raised over $7M in venture capital from Venture Capital funds in Silicon Valley, New York, and Boston. I've gone through multiple accelerator programs. I've advised and invested in over 50 early-stage tech startups from inception to Series A fundraise. This includes everything from company formation, fundraising, ideation, product-market fit, sales, finance, operations, analytics, and HR for early-stage companies. My style is no bullshit. If I don't think I can help you I'll tell you straight up. I don't sugarcoat feedback because it is the only way you as an entrepreneur will grow. My time is super limited with a lot of projects but feel free to reach out to see if I can be helpful. JSJim ScheinmanFounder & CEO Maven Ventures, 20+ yrs in startups • San Francisco Bay AreaJim Scheinman has spent the last 20 years of his career as an Entrepreneur in one capacity or another. He’s been a founder, executive, angel investor, attorney, mentor capitalist and venture capitalist at many successful Silicon Valley consumer startups. In January 2013, Scheinman launched Maven Ventures Growth Labs in Palo Alto to tap into the massive trend of the groundswell of entrepreneurship and to scale his successful angel investing business, Maven Ventures, which he founded in late 2008. Four of his ten investments since 2008 have achieved successful exits and four others are doing extremely well, like Tango. Maven Ventures Growth Labs Fund is a venture fund from which Jim invests in the startups that are incubated in the Growth Labs. BACKGROUND Immediately prior to founding Maven Ventures, Scheinman was an entrepreneur in residence (“EIR”) at Charles River Ventures, a leading venture firm where he helped source, vet and advise their web 2.0 portfolio companies. Scheinman is one of the early pioneers of the social networking phenomenon as one of the first employees and the former head of business development and sales at the first social networking site, Friendster. There he created the concept of ‘engagement marketing,’ enabling consumers to become brand advocates and spreading brands’ messages amongst their network of friends. In 2005, Jim left Friendster to join co-founders Michael & Xochi Birch to launch Bebo as the first employee and Board member. At Bebo, he was integral in launching the site, raising the venture round, leading the strategy and its eventual sale to AOL for $850M in 2008.angel investing • Growth Hacking • Entrepreneurship • Customer Acquisition • Raising Venture Capital • Start-ups • Social Media • Venture Capital • mobile • Social Networking •$5/min per minute4.9 16 16
