Over the past 10 years, I have been focused on the changing nature of consumer-to-busininess communications, and how mobile and social are changing the way we discover, engage and transact with brands. Most recently, my company has been focused on building solutions that bridge asynchronous and synchronous communications, based on the rapidly evolving consumer persona.
