Rainer and I were on the same team during our MBA at UW. Together, we were the only two students completing the MBA program in half the time with top grades while being employed full time at Microsoft at the same time. During the program, Rainer assumed a leadership role within our team which included responsibilities for keeping the team on track of projects, assigning roles and responsibilities to the team members, leading the marketing case studies and presentations, and inspiring the team to complete the MBA program ahead of schedule with top grades. His strong background in business development and great experience in marketing contributed a lot to the team's success. He was highly responsive, and met deadlines reliably with high quality work.
