What content marketing setup generates the most leads? Blog? Content Hub? Industry Publication? Learning Platform?

The most leads come where marketing promotion and content are set up so the visitor flows naturally from one to the other.
They start investigating or discovering free content, then from links in the content or below/around the sidebars or a popup lightbox they click through to other material. And then an explicit sales message is put in front of them that they activate.

The way to plan and structure your content is to first plan your product sales hierarchy (what they buy first, second etc) and then align the content which will persuade a visitor to buy each to work in concert stepping them up naturally from a browse to a first purchase, return for a second purchase etc.

I suggest you start with a planning session to map out your business products and the content you've already got. Then put these into a process so new content, new social sites and new products can be added over time using the same structure.

Has anyone seen stats that show the the results of marketing on LinkedIn versus building website landing pages?

BUT nothing specifically comparing landing page results with Linked In.
FWIW my view on all social media advertising and marketing is that its purpose is to present your brand to folks inside that walled garden. I judge success by how many viewers move off the social page and onto our clients' website [this could be a landing page].

We wrote an e book about how to do this from Facebook. This has been very successful in gaining subscribers to our client Rowperfect.co.uk email newsletter while continuing to extend reach and likers inside FB.

How should agencies approach content marketing? It seems most don't blog or have a blog with little readership.

Agencies should approach content marketing in line with their new business development strategy and plan.
It is one element of the promotional mix. Some choose not to blog or use social.
BUT as a veteran advisor of agencies on biz dev I can tell you one thing: Many suffer from the Cobblers Shoes Syndrome.

They can do marketing for clients but they fail to market themselves successfully.
They run out of time or budget or client work takes priority.

I run an agency and have found this to apply to us. Our solution is to have a "client" who is ourselves and then to treat them in the same way with team meetings, updates and timesheet billing.

What is the best place in the world to buy a good located and good built flat for under $1m?

Try New Zealand - it has a first world economy, they speak English, it's an easy place to do business and lots of overseas buyers are already in the marketplace.
If you want introductions I already work with a couple of realtors and a property manager who'd look after residential investments for you.

How many leads you can generate per month through social media marketing?

My online retail business generates around 30% of revenues through social media marketing. We get a lot more leads but they are hard to identify because in B2C situations, the customer is anonymous. However in B2B marketing there is a longer sales cycle and the prospect self-identifies more readily.

I'm about to launch a client management & reporting web app (SAAS) for SEO Providers & Resellers. What are best ways to market it?

My preference every time is direct response marketing when selling B2B.
Write things, with a compelling offer, send them to people.
Start by building a database of SEO providers - they all have websites, and create a mailing list from this.
Back up the direct mail campaign with awesome content marketing around the SEO space - not telling them how to do their core job (SEO) but other peripheral tools which are useful e.g. client handling, new business development, analytics to prove your success etc.
If they like what you write, they'll be more open to trying your app for their clients.
Happy to amplify around this area and scope out a strategy and detailed tactics for you to execute.

How to find a mature marketing/bizdev parter to join and expand my existing software services company?

Two places to look:
1 - advertise it as a job on Linked In. Yes, I did say a "job". There are real people looking for work who could become partners. I'd suggest you start by hiring and offer the partnership as a performance bonus. That's pretty motivating for a sales/biz dev person
2 - ask your clients if they can introduce you to someone. These folks know, like and trust you and your brand and a private approach from you will carry real weight. They'll be flattered to be asked and you may be surprised who comes out of the woodwork.

We (2) just started up a digital agency. What is the best way to answer: "How big or how many employees does your agency have?"

Love the answers given so far. I'd add one more thing to your message to the brand.

"We offer a guarantee."

Make up a guarantee that will quell their fears, reassure them that they're not taking a big risk working with you. And remember, the guarantee does not have to be a 100% refund. There are lots of different types of guarantee - workmanship, timeliness, quality, expenses markups.

Go for it and enjoy the ride! I only started my agency 4 years ago and I'm loving it.

Is a 1.6% profit margin good for a year in the dental lab industry? That is with paying all employees and the owner... What is a good profit margin?

That is a LOUSY return. You'd be better off putting the money in a savings account in the bank.

I do not know your industry well, but in mine (Marketing Agency) I aim for a net profit of 15% after paying corporate taxes, wages and all overheads.
