First of all, it must be agreed that the human thought centers are divided into three levels
1- the mind
2- the heart
3- Soul
As for the levels of human goals, they begin:
1- Physiological matters (eating, drinking)
2- Safety matters (physical health - job security - resource security)
3- Social matters (family - friends)
4- Matters of respect and self-esteem (respect from others - thanks for the achievements)

By practicing gratitude, venerating my loved ones who came before me, taking nature walks, spending time in the sun, journaling, reflecting on my challenges and strengths
Energy is not something you balance—it is something you align. When you feel energy or emotions that do not serve your higher purpose, recognize that they are not yours to carry. Sit still, breathe deeply, and allow what does not belong to dissolve.
Your natural state is untouched by external chaos. It is like a clear sky, undisturbed by passing clouds. Stay rooted in your own inner stillness, and no force can disrupt your flow. When you embody this awareness, no borrowed energy can interfere with your being.

What are the best practices for heading in the right direction if you're struggling to find a niche in the spiritual/motivational field for a blog?
General Motivation for a general audience sounds like a hard focus point. Try breaking down- all motivation have singular aspects outside of faith and religion. What are your topics? Relationship, Career, depression/Mental illness, etc? Sometimes there's a need to talk things through to fully understand what it is you have rather than switching focus. I've been to art school, I've proofread and guided lots of writers through this- the creative process takes some analysis, but sometimes you're just too close to see what's right in front of you. Take a step back, do some general blogging. Tumblr is great for becoming engrossed in various cultures- the motivation culture is one of them! Take time to know the general community and that will help.PQ

Should I quit a special program that I enrolled in for school? (Looking for honest opinions not ai generated ones please)
It sounds like you're in a tough spot, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed given the situation. The IB program offers great benefits, but your well-being is most important. Here are some things to consider as you make your decision: talk to someone before making any decisions, talk to a school counselor, a trusted teacher, or a parent about how you're feeling. They might offer solutions or support you hadn't considered. Ask if there are tutoring options, study groups, or even extra help from a different teacher who might explain things differently. Sometimes, just having a study buddy can make a big difference. Consider strategies to manage your stress, such as regular exercise, mindfulness, or even speaking with a mental health professional. This might help you handle the workload more effectively. Think about your long-term goals. Is the IB program crucial for what you want to pursue in the future? If so, maybe it's worth finding ways to manage the stress. If not, there might be other paths that align better with your well-being and goals. Look into whether it's possible to retake or replace this specific course next year with something more manageable. Schools often have policies that allow students to adjust their course load if a class is too overwhelming. Ultimately, your mental health and well-being are more important than any program. If staying in the IB program is severely impacting your health and happiness, it might be worth considering other educational paths. However, if you think you can find ways to manage the stress and improve your performance, sticking with the program could also be beneficial in the long run. Whatever you decide, make sure it’s a choice that balances your future aspirations with your current well-being. A big hug from Florence, Italy.AG
