We are a SaaS company and want to make a contract with resellers, anyone knows what conditions are usually used?
For example how much reseller takes and for how long? Do they have to commit to do a number of sales?

A reseller typically purchases the SaaS at a discounted price and bill their client directly.
I've seen reseller discounts range between 10% and 50%. The discount should be competitive with your industry, and allow a reasonable ROI for resellers. The reseller discount is typically for the life of the user otherwise expect resellers to offer their clients a competitor's SaaS.
An affiliate or partner program that pays a commission for referring clients creates a direct relationship between your company and the users. In these types of programs, your commission could be a one-time payout upon referral, a recurring % of sale for the first year, or a recurring % of sale for the life of the client.
I'd echo Mick's answer but also add that I like to split 'Resellers' into two different buckets for SaaS.
1. Pure Resellers
These folks purchase the SaaS product (to show commitment to selling it) and then spend time re-selling the product. They DO NOT do anything else besides sell and provide referrals. Generally they are commissioned similarly to your sales people, but can provide a discount so they can make their margin.
2. Value Added Resellers (VARs)
These people buy your product, sell it (and get a commission), but then also do implementation for the people they sell it to. The money maker for VARs is being able to charge for professional services (which can often be much more expensive than the SaaS product itself). You should discuss how much they charge for services (you don't want there to be a huge discrepancy in how your product is implemented), but this will definitely vary between VARs.
The exact terms and payment amounts can vary depending on your product but hopefully these two distinctions can help with the way you approach structuring terms.
I run CloudChoice we resell for Freshdesk. I agree with both Chris and Mike. Given the SaaS licensing model, you typically setup a recurring commission. It varies from (10% - 35%). The percentage can vary depending on the expertise of the reseller. If the reseller can handle product demo, provide first line support and on-board clients.
You will have to create other revenue opportunities like implementation/training for the reseller as the recurring revenue in the SaaS world is not significant. Hope this helps, give me a call if you need further assistance.
It varies quite a bit depending on the type of SaaS business. For sake of answering this with something specific, I'll assume that this is going to work like some of the enterprise reseller/referral agreements I have seen. Since this is new for your business, when writing your reseller agreement, consider leaving specifics of the standards you plan to hold them to out of the contract, but mention that they might, or will, be communicated. In the termination section, give yourself termination for convenience with a short period of notice. This gives you complete flexibility in terminating the agreement without trying to guess before you start signing partners what the issues are going to be. It sounds like you're off to a good start with your lead generation. While it is important to keep lead volume strong, it's even more important to have a way to follow up with these leads and continue pushing them through your sales funnel until you can convert them into revenue. How much is an ebook lead worth to your business? How much is a demo lead? What about someone who actively requests to be contacted? You'll find that as you get these systems and processes underway, it'll be extremely useful to have a CRM system both for integrating with your marketing efforts and for helping your sales team to be able to sort and prioritize the leads they're reaching out to. Why do so many SaaS B2B firms make you go through a demo, and hide the product instead of letting you start using it right away?
Because the startup costs to get a lot of their customers actually set up on their platform are too high, so free trials for say, 14 days, are out of the question. For example, take a look at http://www.curalate.com/ which uses some really amazing technology to track a customer's brand imagery across (almost) the entire web. Naturally, most of these types of services are usually $300++/month, so again, it's all just about mitigating setup costs for the provider. Hope this helps :)LL

What are the SaaS B2B expectations when paying annually - annual paid annually or annual paid monthly? Is a discount necessary (i.e. 20%)?
Most Software as a service vendors generally don't book annual deals except in highly specialized cases. Most customers prefer to be able to cancel/change anytime they choose. Also, deals done "offline" end up actually often being more trouble than they are worth to administrate especially for a $2988 ticket. Generally, companies don't view prepaying for SaaS products a year in advance as a "convenience" (to them) so if the debate is internal (not customer driven), I'd set this debate aside until it's requested by the customer. Most customers will request a discount to pre-pay annual service. Happy to talk this through with you in a call, to work through the specifics of your situation in more detail.TW

How do you build a MVP for an innovative tech b2b product? We would need good amount of funding to build a decent MVP and show businesses.
The idea of an MVP is 'minimum, viable' ... If you feel you need a "good amount" of funding, I would challenge if you are minimum enough. Obviously, without knowing the details of your product, your ideal customer, or what need you will solve, it is hard to help expose what is necessary in an MVP and what is a Phase II or Phase III feature. Is it foolish to post a Kickstarter campaign for a SaaS that is primarily for businesses (not consumer oriented)?
It's not foolish, but it's going to be extremely hard to pull it off. I would consider starting with a beta program so you can have some paid clients to pay for the company's expenses. After you have some traction, you can raise a seed round.RD
