What call center headsets and technology setup would you use?

Hello Clarity! We have a growing financial services startup and as we expand the sales and customer service team we are experiencing significant noise pollution with customers able to hear other calls from different agents at the same time. We are ready to upgrade our call center headsets and want specific recommendations on what models you recommend for a close quarters environment?
