I'm Petra, a sustainable fashion specialist based in Europe with 20+ years of experience spanning design, product development, and ethical production management.
My career has taken me from senior designer roles developing ranges for Marks & Spencer and Debenhams, to working with Sweaty Betty, to founding and running my own successful interior textiles brand in London, before returning to native Slovenia, where i started my new practice coaching mainly English startups and managing their production locally.
I've worked across the full product lifecycle; from first sketch to finished garment, with a consistent focus on making sustainability commercially viable, not just aspirational. I've built ethical supply chains, led circular economy projects, and helped independent British brands navigate real-world production challenges across Europe.
I bring both creative and operational depth to everything I do. I speak four languages and have worked with brands and manufacturers across the UK, Slovenia, and beyond.
