I am a writer, podcaster, speaker, and "productivityist".
In addition to writing for Productivityist.com, I continue to contribute guest articles to several blogs in the productivity sphere, and was most recently the Managing Editor at Lifehack. Prior to that, I served as an editor at technology news site, The Next Web, and enjoyed a year-long stint as editor of the work-life balance blog, WorkAwesome.
I am also the author of "The Front Nine: How to Start the Year You Want Anytime You Want" by Diversion Books.
Along with my written work, I've given talks on productivity and technology, as well as several featured keynotes and workshops related to time, project and goal management. As a podcaster, I have created, produced and hosted several over the years. I currently co-host Mikes on Mics with Michael Schechter, a podcast that is part of the popular 5by5 network.
I live in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with my amazing wife, daughter and son.
