I love coaching entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.
I help them define what they want, why this is the right goal for them, who they need on board to make it real, how to take tangible action steps and when to fit them into their daily routine.
Who am I?
Splitting my childhood between Sweden, Germany, Denmark and the USA, I discovered my knack for understanding people's motivation early on. Fuelled by my curiosity in human behaviour relating to business, I studied marketing at FIDM in San Francisco, coupled with economics long-distance at Växjö University.
Leveraging my communication skills, I kicked off my career in sales at Ralph Lauren, followed by managing guest relations for the Ritz Carlton.
While revamping Aidha's award-winning entrepreneurship program for domestic helpers i 2009 I fell in love with Singapore. Inspired by Aidha's mentor approach, I certified as a Neuro-Linguistic-Programming Master Practitioner and Coach in 2010 to better help my students realize their goals.
Throughout my coaching, I've worked with fitness studio owners and luxury shoe retailers, sales professionals and team managers to define what they want, why this is the right goal for them, who they need on board to make it real, how to take tangible action steps and when to fit them into their daily routine.
As a passionate supporter of entrepreneurship, I've been a panelist for the NUS AISEC Entrepreneur Challenge, a marketing judge at the Salesforce BizAcademy, a start-up columnist for Poached Magazine and am Coach in Residence at The HUB, the co-working space for Singapore's changemakers.
In my free time I love visiting museums, reading in cafes, blogging about reaching your goals and meeting interesting people with entrepreneurial minds.
