I've sold, managed sales people and designed sales models for 20 years. I've been at the bottom and the top of the sales organization throughout my career and I always find a way to get a product, service or idea sold.

I worked for salesforce.com as a sales executive and learned how the company used its own product to grow revenue to a billion dollars in a decade. I get how salesforce is a tool that really helps sales people win at their jobs and how how to manage a company using salesforce to grow revenue. I have a deep understanding of the back end and have configured it for several of my own companies and consulted other companies on how to used it.

I've been coaching people since I was a teenager and now business leaders for 7 years as a professionally trained coach.

I ask great questions and get a person clear on what they need to do to win. I don't let people off on their commitments. I've come to realize that the best results come from using ruthless compassion with my clients. Which means "I know it's challenging. But now it's time to find a way."

Leadership Development

When I was 13 years old I was dropped in a summer camp for youth leadership. That was the beginning of a journey of self development and understanding of what it means to be a leader. I've learned that as a leader the first priority is self awareness. Know thyself. The second priority is to be a good human being and the third priority is to treat others as you would treat yourself.

I help leaders with their understanding and progress with all three priorities and open windows of opportunity for a leader to grow and develop themselves and the people that follow them.

Positioning

I help coaches, consultants, authors and speakers unpack their unique expertise and position themselves in their market.
