Selling on Amazon, the Biggest Sales Platform in the World

Amazon sold $89 Billion in 2015. What many people don´t know is that 40% of those sales are from 3rd party sellers that sell inside the Amazon platform.

Having sold $2M on amazon in that last 2 years, I have a great deal of knowledge in both product development (known as Private Label) and re-selling other brands on amazon.

None of this 3 reasons should stop you from starting your business. I can quickly how you how to get good ideas, the principles for testing ideas with low budgets and how to start with very little money.

You will need some time to do this, its impossible to do it without time, but there are many ways by which you can need less time that you could imagine to get things done, and get your business ideas off the ground.

Automation and Outsourcing, Grow Your Business Working Less

Let me start by saying I do not believe in completely hands off automated business. The market changes, competition gets tougher and some things that work now will not work forever. That been said, there is A LOT you can do to work less by automating and outsourcing tasks to people that often, will do things better than you.

I can teach both novices and people with experience outsourcing, techniques to find better people faster at lower costs. If you think you know how to outsource because on the title of your jobs you put "Please answer how much is 2+2 in the top of your application" to weed out bad applicants from good applicants, you really need to talk to me, I can give you a whole new toolset to finding the top guys.

Automation and outsourcing go hand in hand. Somethings should be automated, others should be outsourced. Stop doing the same thing over and over, and put your time to better use.

Outsourcing and Automation can both become a competitive advantage, as you can get things to work with less costs, as it can diminish your work on tasks that you don´t enjoy, freeing your time to work on the things that you like and matter most or to just have more free time for yourself.

Hiring in Easter Europe Will Change Your Business

Im even unsure about how much I want to promote this. 10 years ago the place to hire was the Philippines, they speak good english and are cheap, but the culture is not western, they often don´t express their thoughts and are not very innovative.

1 year ago I discovered Easter Europe, if you know how to find talent can have people at the same prices as the Philippines, with great English but with a much more western approach to work. With that kind of talent is how we manage to scale from 1M to 3M in just one year and on our way to get to 10M in revenue.

Now with the fully distributed teams and systems we have created we can see ourselves scaling truly to 100M business in a few years.
