User experience design is a strategic business asset and brings huge competitive advantage. As much as I love people’s passion and new projects I’m very aware that there are risks and uncertainties in business and that a good approach and strategy can help deal with that. I think that a good understanding of what is going on is the most important base of progress.
Before becoming a strategist I was a teaching assistant and researcher at university, in the field of architecture and urban planning. Good research and understanding are still the foundation of my approach.
