Kunal had a lot of really great and useful suggestions for us. He even gave me some really helpful homework to think about. We're considering working with him in the future, and really gained a lot of insight into how to think about our challenges. Highly recommended.

Kunal is a very dedicated and smart engineer who has an eye for product as well as good programming skills. He is hard working and persistent in seeking the solution to the problem at hand. While we were developing the various products at TinyPrints, we came across many challenges and unknowns and I always trusted Kunal to deep dive and get to the bottom of the challenge and provide an elegant solution that unblocked everyone to continue making progress. He was very helpful in jumping into a problem even though the problem wasn't along his expertise. His can-do attitude and persistence helped the company provide a great solution and product.
I would highly recommend Kunal and I know he will be successful in defining products as well as building products.

Kunal is very skilled and focused, and always committed to the task at hand. Whenever we faced a challenge, Kunal was able to deduce the source of the problem and begin to solve it immediately. Kunal is very talented technically, but also has a very creative spark that is needed when approaching new projects or solving complex issues. His greatest traits are his vision, persistence and dedication to work. I highly recommend him.

Kunal has a great combination of technical skill, project management skill and business knowledge. At Grouptivity he led several efforts to rework various parts of our website, share widgets and social application, which affected our bottom line. Each time, he strategized and changed his approach to fit the situation, doing what was needed to ensure that the project was successful. He brings a can-do attitude even when the task at hand is outside of his responsibilities - I remember one time when he jumped in to work with one of our contractors for creating a marketing presentation when we urgently needed one. Kunal interacted really well with our engineering, marketing and cross-functional teams. He has a strong pulse on the customer which makes him an excellent product manager, along with the ability to get to the heart of any issue, break it down, and arrive at a solution. I look forward to working with him again.

Not to sound discouraging, but I would not buy this. It's not as painful a problem to be worth solving. Please take a look at my post on idea validation here: http://connecteev.com/validate-or-die-using-validation-to-build-the-right-product/

I hope this points you in the right direction. And, if you want to salvage the work you've done so far, you'll have to pivot - let me know or feel free to set up a call: https://clarity.fm/kunalpunjabi

Good start, but I can think of about a million things to make the website better, with user acquisition being the primary goal (I do this for a living, and needless to say, am super passionate about it, as I am about helping other entrepreneurs).

On the product side, your login flow and onboarding are just 2 of the touch points that can be improved. Also, there is an opportunity to vastly improve the user experience, in some cases with some small tweaks. I may also be able to help streamline your software development process and reduce your time to market. Just let me know or set up a call if this sounds interesting.

This is a no-BS talk on several aspects of running a company, and just so happens to be one of my favorites.
