I have pivoted and scaled a technology company with a very diverse, young team from a product concept and an 8-person team to a business reaching a few million USD of annual revenue and a team of over 30 people (and growing fast). While building an innovative product ready to be scaled globally, I led the transformation of the business model and had to maintain the maximum involvement of the team during numerous crises. I am happy to share my already quite extensive know-how about building and innovative product, team development, crisis management, business development, operational excellence and fundraising.
