I have known Justin Buck for eight years. I worked for him at Linens N Things at both the Burleson and Arlington locations.
I found Justin to be an excellent manager to work for due to his sense of fairness, his outstanding work ethic, and his ability to motivate those under his supervision with enthusiasm, cooperation, and respect.
Under his guidance, our departments routinely outperformed total store performance, and always passed our weekly operations compliance audits.
I have no doubt that Justin would be an asset to any employer, and given the opportunity, I would work for him again with no hesitation.
