Donna brings passion, industry experience and the ability to deal with clients and candidates in both official languages of New Brunswick. A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) since 2001 who earned her HR Management Certificate from UNB in 2003, Donna has spent many years in recruitment, both as a Senior Consultant with a global search firm as well as internally as an HR Manager for a number of prominent employers in New Brunswick. Respected by her peers, clients and candidates, Donna assures that personal integrity and confidentiality are of utmost importance. As a Human Resources leader in Moncton, Donna is trusted for her exceptional willingness to listen with an open mind and her respect for people’s opinions, while establishing lines of communication with clients and candidates alike. Donna brings years of experience writing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of operations, including but not limited to recruitment strategy, attendance management, sick leave, disability management, health and wellness benefits and disciplinary policies. Donna is educated in Federal and Provincial regulations related to Labour Standards, Human Rights, Employment Equity and PIPEDA, and is a certified JHSC and Health and Safety professional, as legislated by WHSCC of New Brunswick. Donna displays a 'whatever it takes approach' to get the job done in applying her 20+ years of experience in building relationships in the public and private sectors. A native of Moncton, New Brunswick, Donna started her career with the Atlantic Lottery Corporation where she was inspired to move into the Human Resources field. Since then she has been successful in numerous start ups and a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, IT, engineering, media and gaming. Donna was part of the Executive Team that established Casino New Brunswick (Casino, Hotel and Entertainment Centre) in Moncton. Donna is a member of the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick and is a Director on the Board of the Moncton Chapter. She has been an active committee member over the years with the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce and participates in various fundraising activities in the area.
