I have spent well over 20 years learning and practicing human resources. Throughout my career, I always felt the most attracted to opportunities where I could work directly with founders, entrepreneurs, and investors to take their businesses from start-ups to Small and Midsize Enterprises (SMEs) and beyond through innovative people systems.
Spending the bulk of my career rubbing elbows with entrepreneurs and risk-takers inspired me to start my own venture, Kitson Human Capital Solutions. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to bring my expertise to a much broader audience.
