Superior products are often trumped by superior revenue models. Pricing structure can be a major disruptor / competitive advantage. I'm a strong proponent of value based pricing combined with a narrowed customer focus.

Many entrepreneurs struggle with pricing, usually just focusing on what the dollar amount ought to be. While that's important, determining compelling pricing options / packages and clearly presenting them often is the bigger factor in attaining huge success.
