As an Introvert Entrepreneur, I understand the opportunities and challenges that come from having an introvert energy in an extroverted world. My work focuses on Awareness, Alignment, Action, and Accountability. We look at where your business is currently; your values and vision; what’s working and what’s not; what actions will be in service to your highest goals; and how you're going to create accountability in your business.

The partnership tends to be a coaching/consulting hybrid, meaning that I use a coach approach to helping you build your business, while incorporating my experiences and resources when they are in service to your goals. My clients tend to be service-based businesses, and often focus on the educational, creative or personal growth fields.

Solopreneurship

I've been a solopreneur for the past five years, building my business through strategic collaborations with subject-matter experts in areas that support my vision. I'm particularly attuned to the needs/concerns of the Introvert Entrepreneur, especially when it comes to creating a sustainable business model that considers introvert energy and strengths.

Niche Identification

In order to have not just a good business, but a great business, it's important to have crystal clarity about who you are and who you serve. Since identifying my niche three years ago, I've experienced exponential growth in income, reach and influence. I help entrepreneurs see how niche identification can be liberating and expansive, rather than limiting.

I invited Beth Buelow to the Bellevue Business Professional Women as guest speaker after listening to her speak at BizEnrich about recognizing introverts' natural strengths in business.

Beth sets the audience at ease. The atmosphere was one of listening to a friend share valuable information. Completely comfortable. Audience felt safe to share personal characteristics with a room full of people. At the end of Beth's presentation, the audience wants to have more time with her.

I can tell that Beth has a message she believes in to share with the world. She strengthens those who previously thought they were not good with sales because they are introverts. She does this by showing them their own natural way of presenting information that actually make them very excellent sales people.

I was tuning in to the audience's response. They feel more powerful in themselves with this new knowledge (on the feeling level) that they can be successful at something they have long thought not possible. Can you imagine what freedom this gives people?

I appreciate Beth spreading her message of empowerment to introverts. Society needs more of Beth!

Beth spoke at a weekly luncheon meeting at the Woodland Chamber of Commerce. Her presentation was unique, very insightful and fascinating; she gave excellent personality analysis and tips on the best way to make the most of your personality.
