Having advised 20+ Fortune 500's and numerous Start-ups, experiencing success and failure of my own, targeting acquisitions from $10 million to $2 billion dollars, and trained in Toyota culture of continuous improvement, I have created numerous millionaires and even seen one in jail for not listening. I know what works and doesn't work, seeing through the dark clouds and into sunny days.
