I'm 33 year old Croatian with over 15 years in hospitalty buisness. Far in 2003 I finished my school for a profesional waiter,in 3 years of my school I worked in hotel's and restaurant's where I was learning my job for every aspect.After finishing my school I'm moving to Dubrovnik where I work in Irish Bar for several years.Moving into big city opened my horisons and looking into future of my job.I fall in love in making cocktails and flair bartending.Years of practice and hard work and dedication in 2008 brings me back home where I'm becoming bar manager for the first time in my life with 23 years on my back.Young.hard working person who wants to show the world what's he capable to do.I'm growing up that buisness in rapid time,with many tasks I needed to do.Job interview's for my staff,making my first cocktail list,organizing parties and in same time working with my team.Epic year for me which led me to make a decision and open my own bar. Two days before Christmas 2009 I open door of my bar and rest is history.For two and half years was the best bar in my home town. Then I decided that job is getting slow and it's time to move on for a new challange. Closed my bar and moved to capital of Croatia start working in one of the most popular bar's in town,that year later my boss would offer me opening another of his bar in another town and wanted me as a general manager. Amazing year brought me so much new things that one day will help me alot in future.I didn't see myself long there then I done a huge decision and moved to Dublin ,Ireland.Now I live in Dublin and work as a bar supervisor in one of the best and biggest night clubs in Ireland.15+ years of experience in hospitalty in every position that exists I can help you with my advices in any segment you need.Because hospitalty is my life
