I am 1/3 product guy, 1/3 marketing and 1/3 sales. In all my startups and for those I've consulted with, I help with getting the pipeline working. I help with defining target customer profile, messaging (what to say to them to get them interested), setting appointments (doing a demo to kick off the sales process), taking them through the sales cycle and closing them. Creating and executing early stage B2B sales is my area of expertise.
