Danielle Kalaau is the HR Specialist/Recruiter responsible for helping a growing company build their HR department from the ground up which begins with HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruiting, Onboarding and overall HR Generalist functions. Previously, at JPMorgan Chase, Danielle managed the graduate and undergraduate programs for the CFO. Her responsibilities included campus recruiting, diversity recruiting, compensation, training, employee relations, marketing and relationship management. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Danielle worked at Citigroup for seven years as an Investment Banking Recruiter, Diversity Recruiter and College Program Manager. Danielle worked closely with senior management and numerous diversity organizations to recruit top tier candidates across all lines of business.
