Colleen was my direct supervisor while I was at Alter Communications. When she hired me, I had absolutely no sales experience. She brought me from novice to experienced sales person in record time.

From the moment I started Colleen helped to guide and coach me in what it means to be an innovative and successful sales person. Rather than the same old way everyone is selling, she taught me to think outside the box, that anything was possible and to think in terms of "how can we" rather than "we can't".
