CS$6.67/min per minuteNew ArrivalCustomer RetentionChris Shayan • Ho Chi Minh, VietnamCreated 10 years ago in Business / Getting StartedThere are few typical issues why customers leave however you need to dig into such matter for your customers, better to have a small Data Analytics members to focus on analyzing why customers are leaving, the common reasons are: Your Product sucks, Great ways to figure out product problems are to do user trials. Sit down with users and watch where they get stuck, frustrated or confused. That's not about lack of features, it's about how the normal use of your product can differ from expectations or lead to a poor user experience. Pricing does not match the market demand, check your market and competitors, you can use A/B testing to ensure your pricing match the specific customer segment needs. Poor messaging and attracting wrong audience, try to calculate your Customer Acquisition Cost and check how much revenue are you making out of the acquired customers, then step back and look, does it make sense? You can optimize your messaging with such tools: Optimizely, VWO and Google Analytics Experiments make this pretty easy. Plus you could also test different messaging using Google Adwords. Customer Experience, You can use techniques like Net Promoter Score to measure your customer satisfaction. There is one more interesting concept you can check is your Customer On-boarding Process or even improve your customer experience journey by creating a Cross Functional Team in your organization.Chris Shayan Ho Chi Minh, VietnamNew Arrival
